Vintage Valentine Giveaway

This week I stumbled across a large lot of 1950 era vintage valentines for a fabulous price at one of my favorite antique malls.  Out of all of the valentines in the lot only one was dated...1952.  So I am guessing that most of the other valentines are from that same time period as well.

Well I can't possibly use all of these wonderful valentines in my house so I want to give some away.  The giveaway is going to be super simple....just leave me a comment on this post and let me know that you would like to be entered.  That's all there is to it.  And here's the good part....I have three lots of 10 valentines each that I am giving away so there will be three winners!

Lot #1

Lot #2

Lot #3

Turnaround on this giveaway is going to be quick.  I am leaving on a trip to Phoenix this Wednesday and I want to get the valentines mailed before I leave so that you can have time to display them for Valentine's Day.  I'll draw the names this Tuesday, February 2nd (random number generator) and I'll contact the winners that night to get addresses so I can get them mailed out on Wednesday.

Good luck and Happy Valentine's Day

Jane

  61. Jane. count me in for the drawing I am a special ed / history teacher and use cards and decorations of the vintage type to show my students how children dressed, what they did for recreation, types of transportation and their morals and values from the past.

We usually compare and contrast those characteristics that are the same and those that are different from time periods of those involved. I hope that I may be a lucky recipient and that you will know that these are being put to good use.

Take care on your trip and may God Bless and watch over you !!!
