Thinking Easter

Even though it looks like this outside my back window.....
Some recent finds at the antique mall and thrift store have got me thinking Spring and Easter.

I found some vintage Easter postcards this weekend at the antique mall.  I love the old cards with children, eggs and bunnies.  These cards were a great price at 50 cents apiece.  If you guys want images of these cards to use for your Easter projects let me know.  I would be more than happy to scan them and post them so that you could save them to your computer.

I popped into the thrift store yesterday on my lunch hour and was lucky enough to find them putting out some Easter goodies.  I was able to grab these items before they even made it to the shelf!

That's just a sneak peek of some of my Easter decorations.  More to come!

Jane

  12. Ha, Ha ---- I picked up that same Easter postcard with the girl covering the bunnies eyes a couple of years ago. ;-) I adore the bunny and chick that you got at the thrift store. My thrift stores never seem to have cool old stuff. I think I need to hit the antique malls this week...it's been a while. And I love the new header. You must be the wee one on your mum's lap.

  38. Just a little curious as to why you keep choosing to leave your two younger siblings out of all of your postings? I believe there are a few of some cuties in matchings outfits from Easter.
Also, just wondering what room the nozzles are hanging in?
